Stayed here a few nights ago and was very pleased with the value of the hotel for the price. Staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. Most importantly the hotel was very clean. Some basic breakfast essentials are out out in the morning too which was nice. My kids loved the indoor pool. Also very central to downtown Geneseo and a nice walking park with a playground. Would stay here again, especially because it was so decently priced.
I stayed here twice in March 2022. Good, clean, quiet place. Staff was kind and helpful. I got an excellent price under $70 back then in their slow season. Bed was clean and comfy. Bathroom was a bit chilly, due to vent shaft, but the rest of the room was toasty warm. I would recommend it for anyone. Free breakfast. Free wifi, free business computer use. In lobby. Which I used to update the maps in my garmin GPS.
Highly recommend!!! Super cheap and actually clean! Weird smell, not necessarily bad or overpowering, just strange. Hotel shows it’s age, cracks and such. But for the price it’s awesome! Paid $66 and we’ll worth every penny. Any other place in that price range would have been nasty. Next night stayed in a hotel in Iowa for $100 MORE then here and it was terrible, I wanted to come back to this hotel!!!
The staff is very friendly, and easy to work with. The room was spotless, and the bathroom was like new. Everything worked in the room. The wifi signal was strong, and there was a decent selection of channels for the TV. The pool is nice and clean. Plus the breakfast food is actually fresh and tastes great! I don't think you will find a better, or nicer deal for the price point in this area.

We stayed for 2 nights. The room was clean and comfortable. Slept very well, no bugs or issues noticed in our room. The breakfast bar was clean and offered a small but good selection of food. The staff was very helpful and nice . We will definitely stay again in the future.

We unfortunately had to stay in Geneseo on short notice for a funeral last month. The front desk woman, i think Casey, was a godsend. She was so helpful and nice for our time there. The room was very nice and clean. Definitely would stay here again the next time we're in town.
